Rules of the Game

During the assignment for decision making, there was indeed a lot of chaos. There was a lot of shouting, a lot of disagreement, and a lot of people trying to get their way.
I personally was the avoidance type. I didn't want to get involved any any types of disputes with anyone, and kept my opinion to myself. What I saw around me was a lot of the females in the class getting up to take the leadership role. There were a few "compete to win" disputes, but then at the end they all compromised for an equal agreement. There were a few of people that had the same agreements, and they coll berated with each other to try to get their way, but they either got shot down by our professor not agreeing to the idea, or the rest of the class not agree with it.
Now that we know that it was all an activity, I think that there are better ways that we could have handled the situation. We could have all given out thoughts on each of the things we wanted to change, and if we all liked it, we can keep it. But instead of that, we all just kept arguing with each other. Well, now we know how we can handle the situation next time.
